Landscape Design Services
Marsha's
goal is to present you with a working plan; one that you can either
follow and install yourself, or hand over to professional landscape
contractors for bid. The plan will show all pathways, use areas,
and plants and includes a complete plant list and instructions for
the plan's implementation.
On the first visit, Marsha will meet with you at the site to discuss
your vision for the area. She needs to understand your desires for
the area's use, such as access, privacy, wind blocks, entertainment,
extra parking, game surfaces, pools and water features, pet, vegetable,
utility areas, lighting, and drainage. Also discussed are preferences
for design style, color, fragrance, materials, and plants. After
the interview Marsha will measure the site and return to her office
to begin the conceptual development.
On the second visit with Marsha, you will see a preliminary drawing
that can be discussed and refined to your needs and tastes.
At the third visit the plan is ready for presentation including:
- Reading of the plan
- Plant samples and pictures
- Architect's scale with instructions if required
- List of reliable contractors
- Several copies of the plan for bids
Every blueprint and plan is hand-drawn by Marsha.
The entire process takes approximately two to three weeks for an
average sized property, depending on workload.
If you're ready to talk about the possibilities for your outdoor
space, please contact
Marsha at your convenience.
